MEMBERS-ONLY EVENT

We are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting of the French Myanmar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, on Wednesday 12^th January 2022, at 4.00 PM.

Our annual general meeting will take place at Mercure Yangon Kaba Aye Ballroom. The registration for on-site attendance will be on a first-come-first-served basis with limited capacity due to the safety measures. We will also share the Zoom meeting for our members who registered to attend online. The zoom link to the online event will be sent to you before the event.

• Partner members – 3 free seats
• Corporate members – 2 free seats
• SME/Organisation/Individual/Young Entrepreneurs – 1 free seat
• Addition seats – 30 USD per person

Please find enclosed the agenda of our Annual General Assembly. Note that both online and on-site event registration will be closed by 6 pm, 11th January.

Please give us notice not less than 7 days before the date of the AGM, in case you wish to add an item to the agenda, by email to: business.manager@ccifrance-myanmar.org.

1- ELECTIONS OF 10 DIRECTORS OF THE BOARD

This event will give way to the elections of 10 new Directors of the Board for 2022-2024.

The elections will be organized according to rules stated in our Constitution:

• Only the Members attending the AGM and up to date with the payment of their Membership fees will be allowed to vote.
• There is only one vote per Member, but you may ask another Member to vote for you using the proxy here attached.

There can be only one proxy per Member.

2- HOW TO APPLY TO BE A CANDIDATE?

The Board of Directors is open to any Member of CCI France Myanmar who is up-to-date with the payment of their Membership fees.

Candidates will also be requested to make a 1-minute presentation on-site or 1-mintue introduction video, which will be shared with Members before and during the AGM.
