We are pleased to inform you that Yangon Region Government ("YRG") is exploring the potential to develop an Integrated Logistics Zone ("the Project") at Ngwe Pin Le by way of collaborating with the private sector. The Project is envisioned to be developed through a 'Build, Operate and Transfer' model. 

As such, the YRG, acting through the Yangon Metropolitan Development Public Co., Ltd. ("YMD"), is organising a Market Sounding event on Wednesday, 4th April 2018 in Yangon. This market sounding event aims to obtain feedback from potential investor on the Project. PricewaterhouseCoopers Myanmar Co Ltd ("PwC") is the mandated lead financial advisers for YMD, supporting them in the Project. 

Brief details of the Project are listed below: 

Location - The Project is situated about 20 km north of Yangon Central Business District. The Project will be located on a 244-acre site with direct access to the river with a front of 1,000 feet. 

Investment Opportunities: To design, build and operate the following: 

        i) Jetty; 

        ii) Inland Container Depot/Container Freight Station; and 

        iii) Bonded Warehouse
