We are pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting of the French Myanmar Chamber of Commerce and Industry, on Wednesday 16th December 2020, at 5 PM.



For safety reasons, this meeting will take place online on ZOOM. The zoom link to the online event will be sent to you before the event.



Please find enclosed the agenda of our Annual General Assembly.



Please give us notice not less than 7 days before the date of the AGM, in case you wish to add an item to the agenda, by email to: director@ccifrance-myanmar.org.

1- BY-ELECTIONS OF 4 DIRECTORS OF THE BOARD

This event will give way to the by-elections to of 4 new Directors of the Board for 2021-2022 (1-year term).



The elections will be organized according to rules stated in our Constitution:

• Only the Members attending the AGM and up-to-date with the payment of their Membership fees will be allowed to vote.
• There is only one vote per Member, but you may ask another Member to vote for you using the proxy here attached.

There can be only one proxy per Member.

2- HOW TO APPLY TO BE CANDIDATE?

The Board of Directors is open to any Member of CCI France Myanmar who is up-to-date with the payment of their Membership fees.

Candidates will also be requested to make a 1-minute introduction video, which will be shared with Members before and during the AGM.
