CCI France Myanmar (FMCCI) is pleased to announce the commencement of the Myanmar HR Survey 2024 is started for the next reporting. The Myanmar HR Survey aims to gather comprehensive data on compensation and benefits trends across various industries within Myanmar. This initiative is not only a reflection of our commitment to enhancing the business climate but also serves as a platform for HR professionals to share their invaluable insights and suggestions.

We encourage all HR professionals, professionals, member organizations, non-member organizations, and human resource specialists to join us in shaping a detailed report that reflects our labor market and fosters transparency. Your insights and expertise will contribute to a richer understanding of the current salary landscape, benefiting both employers and employees alike as we strive to bolster Myanmar’s employment and recruitment market.

To gather all your inputs and consolidate your suggestions before the launch of the HR survey 2024, we have designated December 28th for receiving suggestions and A Zoom meeting will be hosted from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Country Heads/Representatives, HR/People Managment Heads of Department, and any HR responsible are invited to provide their constructive feedback in this session.
