HQS Co., Ltd. was founded by U Naing Oke in 2013 to provide mobility and relocation services for the advisors from the US department of the Treasury and then World Bank Group Myanmar. As soon as company has been launched, it also entered into the IT industry through IS/IT supports contract awarded by Total E&P Myanmar.

HQS’ main activities are the provision of managed IT services and solutions to the SMEs, government and international organizations. We also have had the proven records in System Integrations. One of the biggest projects was Video Conferencing system installation, network system improvement and data center construction project at the Office of Union Supreme Court and its high courts in each States and Divisions. Some of our clients are Total E&P, Posco Daewoo E&P, French International School, European Chamber of Commerce and many other local companies in different industries and NGOs. Since 2017, we have also been entering into the software industry and specialized in the web and mobile application developments.
