Executive Director, E3E | Change Management Specialist

Eric Glover is a Change management specialist. He holds a master’s degree in Project Management Engineering, Organisation analysis and development, and Change Management. He has been working in the field for the past 11 years. He is a communication specialist as well, with 18 years of experience writing, broadcasting, and shooting stories all over the world, mainly as a journalist. He graduated with a master’s degree in Journalism and Communication from Ecole de Journalisme de Lille, deemed to be the best journalism school in France. A nuclear physicist by training, he has a thorough work approach, especially with data and figures, and always joins practical experiments to lecture when training. Eric is also trained to implement the ISO14001 norm, which defines the Environmental Quality Management Standards. Born from a French mother and a Mauritian father, Eric has a strong international working culture, having trained people in more than 15 countries – he visited so far 147 countries. He lives in Yangon since 2014 and managed various projects in all of Myanmar’s states or regions, except Kayah, during the past 8 years. He currently works with various companies or institutions, like The French Embassy, Yever, Inya Institute and Magan Supply Services.
