Laura Cho is a leadership consultant, HR strategist, and executive coach with over 16 years of regional experience across Hong Kong, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. Having held senior HR leadership positions with multinational organizations, she specializes in organizational transformation, leadership development, executive coaching, and strategic HR.

As a Founder and CEO of ThriveWork Advisory, Laura has partnered with organizations across Myanmar and Cambodia to develop leaders, strengthen workplace culture, and drive business performance. She is also a trainer at the Institute of Banking and Finance, Cambodia.

She holds a Master of Management in Organizational Development, is SHRM-SCP certified, a Certified Professional Coach, and an accredited Harrison Assessment Debriefer and Coach.
