The third course of Inclusive Leadership Series training, “Session 3- Am I Biased?" will take place on Tuesday, 28 March 2023. This training session was launched in November 2022 by FMCCI in partnership with the Business Coalition for Gender Equality (BCGE) and designed to help aspiring leaders eliminate biases and build a more inclusive culture for everyone.

In this session, we will explore unconscious bias, the most common types in the workplace, self-check tips, and mitigation strategies. The Inclusive Leadership Series includes six sessions aimed at equipping aspiring leaders to adopt an inclusive culture to create a great workplace for all levels of employees. For those who couldn’t join Session 1 and 2 can start joining this upcoming session 3.

The training is open to any aspiring inclusive leaders from members and non-members. As seats are limited, we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot. The session will be conducted in the Myanmar language.

About Inclusive Leadership Series

The six-session series of Inclusive Leadership aims to equip aspiring leaders to adopt an inclusive culture to create a great workplace for all levels of employees. Being an inclusive leader takes more than surrounding yourself with employees with different perspectives and backgrounds. The employees and team members want to be heard, respected, valued, and allowed to grow with the focus and responses created by inclusive leaders.

What Can You Expect from These Series

The Inclusive Leadership Series includes six sessions in a bi-monthly period. The peer-to-peer session touches on the topics each workplace leader and managers should know about leading a diverse team and building an inclusive culture. The lessons we learned in this session will assist leaders in igniting and fueling an environment where diversity is welcomed and fueled to achieve better results.

This session is open to any aspring inclusive leaders from members and non-members. As we have a maximum limit of attendees for each session, you are encouraged to register as fast as you can.

Member Rate: MMK 25,000 per session | MMK 125,000 for 6 sessions
