In today’s world where employees in Myanmar and abroad are jumping from one company to another, effective retention strategies are important to every company’s business plan - as trying to decrease turnover rate should be one of the management’s top priorities.

Matt De Luca, Managing Director of JobNet.com.mm which is the leading online recruitment platform in Myanmar, will speak to ways an organization can reduce turnover and create a healthy work environment that build employees’ loyalty here in Myanmar by sharing current employee market demands from the data JobNet has on the market. To that end, Matt will also be discussing the proprietary data which helped to compile the Q3 2019 Quarterly Market Report to highlight positive trends in GDP and hiring increases in the majority of industries. Lastly, Matt will touch on the challenges and changes in recruitment technology, how companies can on board new hires faster, and how to better manage an incoming talent pipeline to hire employees that will stick and stay at your organization.

Don’t miss this enlightening event; valuable for any company looking to expand their workforce, attract the best talent or seeking up to date and relevant, industry insight. JobNet and CCI France look forward to welcoming you on 20th November at Novotel Yangon Max, Bagan room level 4.
