Principles of Corporate Finance
Our first session will focus on basic principles of corporate finance and their connection to corporate governance. This seminar will help businesses learn how to avoid basic mistakes in their financial setup and how to create a clear finance structure that will make it easier to attract external investment for business growth.
Seminar 2 – Saturday, 16 March, 9.30am to 11.30am (registration from 9am)
Principles of Corporate Strategy
Our second session will explain the importance of identifying competitive advantages and how to explore different ways of assessing the quality of a proposed strategy in order understand the risks and opportunities involved. This seminar will help managers gain more confidence in proactively searching for solutions to problems and in assessing those solutions.
Presented by: Alexander Pulte (JD, MBA). Professor Pulte has studied at Oxford and Columbia Universities and has worked as a strategy consultant in London as well as an attorney in New York. He has served as a faculty member at Columbia University and at the University of Washington. He is currently Honorary Dean (International) at UBIS University, Dean at the International Institute of Law & Economics and Special Counsel at Livingstons Legal.
