Daw Kay Thi, 54, has over 30 years of diverse experience. She spent 3 years in management and marketing for a joint venture, 7 years in business, and over 20 years in the development sector. Starting in the ECCD sector, she moved on to community recovery and resettlement programs. From 2010 to 2019, she was actively involved in democratic reforms, focusing on EITI, good governance, and administrative reform. Currently, she is the Vice President-2 of MCU and a freelance consultant and technical advisor for FDILH, while also volunteering with ECCD organizations.
