Terms & Conditions

By filling in this form, I hereby confirm that I wish to propose an event to be included in the program of CCI France Myanmar. I also confirm that I have the necessary authority in my company to do so.

I also understand that CCI France Myanmar does not pay speakers and I confirm that this presentation will be free of charge. In exchange, CCI France Myanmar will charge 300 USD to the speaker for the organization of this event, which will take place in CCI France Myanmar’s Business Centre.

When sending this form, I understand that my offer will be submitted for approval to CCI France Myanmar, and such approval is at the CCI France Myanmar’s discretion and will be confirmed by email.

I also understand and accepted that, if validated, this event will be promoted and run under the name and brand of CCI France Myanmar, and that the rate at which this event will be sold will be set at the sole discretion of CCI France Myanmar. CCI France Myanmar will keep the profit made during this event.

Finally, I understand that confirmation by email that my proposal has been accepted doesn’t engage CCI France Myanmar, who reserves the right to cancel the event at their discretion. I understand that the only valid terms and conditions applying to the implementation of the event and to the relations with CCI France Myanmar, are those specified in the official contract which will have to be signed before the beginning of the event.
