FMIDecaux Co., is the new joint venture company between First Myanmar Investment Co., Ltd. ("FMI") and JCDecaux Asia (S) Pte Lt. ("JCDecaux"), the number one outdoor advertising company worldwide. Splitting a stake of 40% (FMI) and 60% (JCDecaux), FMIDecaux won an exclusive 20 years contract with Yangon City Development Committee ("YCDC") for design, fabrication, installation, maintenance and operation of street furniture items and advertisements.

Combining JCDecaux's global expertise in outdoor advertising and street furniture with FMI's decades of experience in the local Myanmar market, our plan is to build 500 bus shelters and 500 City Information Panels (CIPs) across the city of Yangon.
