FMCCI Job Fair 2026: Official Event Overview

The FMCCI Job Fair, held on 11 January 2026 at the Novotel Yangon Max, served as a strategic platform to bridge the gap between top-tier employers and emerging talent. 

Organized through a collaborative effort between the FMCCI Team and FMCCI HR Professional Committee, the event successfully connected a diverse group of 60 to 80 companies from sectors such as manufacturing, tech, banking, and FMCG with a motivated audience of fresh graduates and mid-level professionals.

Beyond traditional recruitment, the fair prioritized professional development through highly interactive side sessions. Attendees benefited from one-on-one CV Clinics and pre-booked Mock Interviews designed to refine their employability skills in a real-world setting.

 Complementing these practical exercises, industry experts delivered a series of Career Talks focusing on essential workplace attributes, including personal branding, job ethics, and interview communication. 

Supported by the dedication of student volunteers and the strategic oversight of the HRPC, the fair stands as a benchmark for FMCCI’s commitment to strengthening Myanmar’s workforce and supporting the growth of its member companies.
