Speaker Profile
With over two decades of distinguished experience in Human Resource Management, Nyunt Theingi has significantly contributed across diverse sectors, including private banking, public listed company, major commercial enterprises, and non-profit organizations. She has held pivotal positions such as Head of HR, Group HR and Admin Manager, and HR Manager, where she has been instrumental in crafting and executing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
Nyunt's international credentials are further solidified by her participation in the Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS) programs in Japan in 2017 and 2019, earning completion certificates that demonstrate her dedication to continuous professional development and global best practices.
She has also excelled as a "Lean Specialist" on the Efficient and Sustainable Apparel Project, a collaborative endeavor by the University of Southern Denmark and the Community Development and Civic Empowerment (CDEC). Her consultancy work has revolutionized operations in 14 garment factories in Yangon and Naypyitaw, showcasing her prowess in implementing lean methodologies for substantial operational enhancements.
Additionally, she has been actively involved as a Main Facilitator in delivering "Applied Labor Laws Training Workshops" under the "Made in Myanmar | SMART Factories" project, specifically designed for HR leaders and all supervisory-level employees in the Myanmar Apparel Industry.
