The new investment law has been approved by the Union Parliament last October and enacted on the 1st April. This legal talk aims to provide practitioners with an understanding of the legal and tax aspects of the new Myanmar Investment Law and effects of the new definition of “foreign company” in Myanmar and other important amendments.
