Yoan Tufel has been professionally working in and with artificial intelligence and prompt engineering since 2021. He uses AI tools to build applications and solve common office problems. He also trains technology consultants on how to use AI effectively within companies. He combines technical knowledge, practical experience, and a teaching mindset. Yoan has a deeply rooted international background: he was born in France and raised in London, England. His wife is Burmese and for the past years he shared his time between France and Myanmar, finally settling in Yangon in 2025. These experiences helped him become adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable in multicultural environments.

His professional background is quite eclectic as well. He served for five years as a mountain trooper in the French Army, where he developed discipline, teamwork, resilience, and the ability to perform under pressure. After leaving the military, he worked in hospitality as a waiter, which strengthened his communication skills and taught him how to understand and support different kinds of people. Finally, he moved to the software development world, where he used various IT languages, mainly Python and C#. Before coming back to Myanmar to settle, he worked during five years at the Canadian global IT and business consulting services firm CGI, in Montpellier, where he gained experience in technology and consulting.
